“I met Intervention Associates’ former executive director at an Estate Planning Council meeting some time ago. I heard her describe the company, and thought Intervention Associates’ services would fit with the needs of financial planning clients. Then I realized I had a personal need for my elderly mother, who my family and I wanted to relocate from Florida.
Lori Grim, Intervention Associates’ care manager, did an excellent job helping us evaluate appropriate independent living options for my mother. My mother moved in February 2007, and has been very happy with our choice and the whole relocation process.
We have further retained Intervention Associates to procure an aide (Evelyn), and she has worked out wonderfully. We’ve had other aides through different agencies who did not work out; there were issues with money, communication problems and poor quality of support for my mother.
