Mission & Values
The mission of Intervention Associates is to provide unparalleled care management, guardianship, health care power of attorney and advocacy services, both to individuals directly and through collaboration with professionals who work with these individuals and their families.
Intervention Associates is a nonprofit organization guided by the Quaker values of integrity, inclusion, compassion and respect for human dignity. In the great Quaker tradition, we recognize prolonging and promoting independence is critical to maintaining quality of life.
History
Founded in 1986 by a team of social workers in Philadelphia, PA, Intervention Associates soon gained a reputation as a trusted organization deeply committed to delivering peace of mind, navigating the intricacies of the health care system and providing exceptional services and sector leadership. Over time, Intervention Associates grew to include other related services.
Then and now, we help individuals and their families with challenging health concerns and long-term care options. In 2000, Intervention Associates joined Friends Life Care Partners. Both organizations share a common calling and believed that together they would be able to reach more people in a more robust way.
